Refunds or replacements can be issued on any packages that may go missing in transit or arrive damaged. Refunds or replacements for damaged items must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your package, to do this you can drop us an email in our contact section below.
We do not offer refunds on any custom made press on nails unless they have not been received or have arrived damaged. We cannot offer a refund in the event of incorrect sizing or sizing issues. All sizing information is available on the website.
